  It may be more than three years since CM Punk walked away from pro wrestling, but many fans aren’t over it. Certainly, when WWE sets up shop in his hometown of Chicago, you can be sure his name will be chanted at least once during the show. Interestingly, like those fans, it doesn’t seem like WWE management is over Punk’s exit and its aftermath, either. Stephanie McMahon’s Punk diss from Monday, March 6, the latest Raw to take place in the greater Chicago area, was in response to the audience. Also presented are estimates of the extent of land where environmental constraints limit agricultural production (marginal land) and the extents of land where modifications overcome environmental constraints. The report is the result of the compilation and manipulation of datasets from numerous sources; it consists of an explanatory text and a series of appendixes and associated tables that document the data sources and data-manipulation methods in detail.
